Cumin, Coriander and Fennel Seed Tea to enhance your Agni digestive fire and gently detoxify your system.

Ingredients

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp fennel seeds

 

Preparation

Steep seeds in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes, strain and serve hot.

For a more concentrated version, toss all into a pot on stove and simmer for 5 mins.

PRO-TIP: Make a large batch of the dry tea and store in a maison jar- shake and serve portions when desired!
